Thanks for bringing light into the version history. It did not know that it is 
"non-linear". For the 0.9 branch there were already made efforts to port the 
program to Watcom C. So basing the new EDIT version on your code would be much 
more work, I guess.

But in 0.9 they seem to have had problems regarding timers etc. (at least some 
timer related code is commented out). I will check if some features of your 
fork can be integrated into my 0.9 branch.
