My understanding is that one would pick a country with a compatible codepage to use it. brazilian pb vs br - country.sys encodes countries and codepages not languages, pb is not a valid country code, not sure how best to proceed swedish - needs further review/understanding SV vs SE ukrainian - needs further review/understanding UK vs UA, also is 855 correct code page?
