RBIL says, that INT21/440D/CX=x84A expects BH on input (with some "lock
level" - what is it?). How be with this? Also, is it valid to perform
CX=08xA (not 48xA) on FAT32? Also, in current SYS there are no INT13 access; is locking/unlocking is required?
