When you make TSR, ALWAYS make .EXE files - this solves many headaches
with loading TSR into UMB. If you worry about big header (TLINK adds
512-bytes header instead 32-byte) AND/OR you need the .COM-mode (when CS/DS
points to PSP), then you may use my COM2EXE utility (from CuteMouse
package): just see how I do this for CuteMouse.
