Well, UNPAQ.EXE says it needs 32RTM.EXE when executed and DPMI32.PAK just sits there completely inert, so apparently there is a bit more to the process than having the two files.
A Catch 22 situation - each file needs the other (UNPAQ.EXE needs 32RTM.EXE that is in DPMI32.PAK to execute, but DPMI32.PAK needs UNPAQ.EXE to unpack it)! :-(
