Quick introduction:
Turbo Vision is a TUI (Text User Interface) library for C++ providing windows, mouse and the popular widgets used in modern GUIs. The library is very portable and was compiled for DOS, Win32 (MinGW, CygWin, BC++ and MSVC), Linux, Darwin, FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD, Tru64 (OSF), HP-UX, QNX and Solaris. The code is functional for x86, Alpha, HPPA, SPARC, PPC, StrongARM, Itanium and HPPA, but the only target 100% tested is x86.
SETEdit is a text editor that uses Turbo Vision for the UI. It have special features for programming and can read .info help files (the ones included with most GNU tools and djgpp´s libc).
RHIDE is an IDE (Integrated Development Environment) that uses SETEdit for the editor and help system and adds a makefile system and debugger.
Note that not all the advanced features of SETEdit are available in the IDE.

The following are available: Turbo Vision 2.0.3 SETEdit "Glaciar Perito Moreno I" 0.5.4 RHIDE 1.5 + SETEdit 0.5.4 + TV 2.0.3 + gdb 6.1.1 (CVS branch "for_tvision_2)
All the packages contains fixes and enhancements. The most important changes in TV 2.0.3 are to support new versions of gcc and enhance portability. SETEdit contains 66 new things and 40 fixes (http://sourceforge.net/project/shownotes.php?release_id=286217). RHIDE should benefit from both, but the current package is considered "alpha".

I uploaded all the packages to DJ's server.
Turbo Vision: Is in the v2tk section of the current djgpp distro, file tv203s.zip. You can also download from http://tvision.sourceforge.net/#down Only sources are available to avoid problems when using different versions of binutils and gcc. Please report compilation problems, I don´t have 100 djgpp combinations to test them at home.
SETEdit: Is in the v2apps section of the current djgpp distro, file edi054b.zip (Sources: edi054s.zip and DOS installer edi054i.zip). You can also download from http://setedit.sourceforge.net/#download The installer is an easy way to install the editor. Windows users could be interested on downloading a Win32 installer and the binaries compiled for Win32. They are available from the above mentioned link.
RHIDE: It will be available soon from the v2apps section of the alpha djgpp distro, file rhid15ab.zip (Sources: rhid15as.zip). You can also download them from http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=32835&package_id=27741&release_id=287313
