Sorry, but i think you go about this all the wrong way. (Free)DOS 
doesn't know squat about graphics, it's all up to the compiler 
(interpreter) that you use how you enable the graphics mode and how 
the library of that language is accessing the video RAM. And games 
like PoP certainly do not use BIOS interrupts for graphics, as that 
would be far too slow...

In general, there exist a number of screen modes, including graphic 
ones, that can be enabled by a BIOS call to INT10h/00, but a lot of 
what is beyond the text modes is non-standard and depending on the 
video card being used, check out the RBIL for what all might be available...

And check your compiler's docs for what kind of graphics are supported...
