Dave @ opus has a links to a few CD burning programs [0].  file2cd
from goldenhawk [1][2], CDRoast for DOS [3][4], cdrecord/cdrtools [5].
Blair Campbell also had a port of cdrkit (fork of cdrecord IIRC) [6].
