I would:

1. Run FDISK and delete all partitions
2. Create a single Primary DOS partition and mark it active
3. Exit FDISK and reboot
4. Run FDISK /mbr to fix the boot record
5. Use SYS c: to transfer system files to the hard drive

Then you should be good to go!
