that's true(and a bug). for whatever reason MKEYB GR will generate € with
AltGr+5. (most likely because that's the € position on my US-ASCII
keyboard, but that's ~20 years back in time)

I took this opportunity to fix the € sign in all supported keybords,
at least I hope so.

now they will generate 213 with AltGr+E, whatever the codepage. with a
proper codepage, this will look like €.
