I didn't get to copy over the "how to install on virtualbox" pages before then - but once I'm done with the client work I'm working on now, I can copy things over from the database copy and then the wiki will be more complete. As complete as it was from when we were hosted at SF. So yes, these pages are currently missing, but they'll be there soon.
