Before I do anything with any other OS, I want a straight up DOS box, no Linux etc.

In three decades I have done this a few times. This is the first time I have attempted FAT32. Previous boxes were all 2G FAT16

Isn't SYS supposed to make a primary FAT partition at the front bootable?
