I was just wondering if 

\201    (backslash 201)   for  „ü“ (u umlaut)

would ring a bell. It doesn’t.

where 
| 129 refers to  ü | u umlaut | 

where, by the way, 129 is identical with Code Page 850 (DOS Latin 1)
