Hm, I am still not sold for this behavior. I don't think that user would
expect that when he asks for smaller data package via --pkey-only we
would silently undercover change --sizelimit and --timelimit parameters
to different value than he is used to.

As discussed in the meeting, for the pkey-only we can rely on the
default limits imposed by the LDAP server which should be big enough.
The UI will add sizelimit=0 as part of ticket #981. The IPA server
doesn't need additional changes.
