2.) The trust-fetch-domains has somewhat confusing options:

[tbabej@vm-147 labtool]$ ipa trust-fetch-domains
tbad.idm.lab.eng.brq.redhat.com --help
Usage: ipa [global-options] trust-fetch-domains REALM [options]

Refresh list of the domains associated with the trust
Options:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
--rights Display the access rights of this entry (requires --all).
See
             ipa man page for details.
--all Retrieve and print all attributes from the server. Affects
             command output.
--raw Print entries as stored on the server. Only affects output
             format.
Yep, I'll switch it to use the same LDAPQuery class as
trustdomain-enable/disable use now.

Since trust-fetch-domains returns a list of entries, I think --all and --raw should stay, to be consistent with other commands which return entries. Just make sure they work by passing them through to trustdomain_add.
