Hmm, when I run

        dnf install freeipa-server

the 4.1.4-4 from fedora updates repository gets put to the transaction.

When I specify

        dnf install freeipa-server-4.2.0

I get

Error: nothing provides 389-ds-base >= 1.3.4.0 needed by
freeipa-server-4.2.0-0.fc22.x86_64
