Follow-up Comment #1:
a) packets need to be retrasmitted on packet timeouts
b) rq_seq's must be checked on responses for proper seq_num
c) recvfrom() must be called multiple times if necessary
d) session must timeout after a period of time
e) username vs. password vs. priv vs. resources vs. authentication vs.
timeout bugs must be reported back to the user
