I have at least found the place to plug/glue this somewhat into the OEM record 
decoding functionality, so there is at least some starting point. Since this 
OEM command can  - or should ;) - decode all possible SEL entries, I will try 
to find the other places and see how it goes from there.

One problem is, that this OEM command requires admin privilege, which would 
have to be specified on the command line with -l admin.
