Dan,

I don't agree, that we should publish the next beta. As we announced, we have 
closed all bugs known to us and are ready to publish RC1. That this version may 
contain more than zero bugs is possible (and probable) but this is true for all 
versions and thus we would never be able to publish any versions. 

So, I propose to publish RC1 as our promise from the developers that we have 
finished the feature and first bug fixing phase and to start the release 
challange. 

This is along what you stated in our wiki: "Release Candidate is a version in 
which there are neither errors nor changes pending that the developers would 
know of at the date of publishing."
