The problem only stems from the fact that Freemind is a 'single download' of
all of those files, instead of installing those files 'from a separate
package'
If the offending files were able to be split out into separate downloads /
install packages, there wouldn't be a problem.
It doesn't matter if they are linked in or not -- it is that the whole
thing, including all of the other-licensed pieces as a single package that
makes the license issue a problem.
