Hi Chris,
I just found at last the time to check the jar file you sent, but it
breaks with an error message:
$ freemind
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
freemind/main/FreeMindStarter
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: freemind.main.FreeMindStarter

Could not find the main class: freemind.main.FreeMindStarter. Program
will exit.
and the size seems quite wrong:
/usr/share/freemind/lib$ ll
total 2920
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 319619 2009-11-07 13:15 bindings.jar
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 327186 2009-12-12 10:26 freemind.jar
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 2323079 2009-12-12 10:25
freemind.jar.0.9.0~rc6+dfsg-1
It's with the version I packaged, but I checked against the "official"
download version and it's the same.
