Hm... well, that depends on the load of the second processor.  If the second
processor is used exclusively for the VM, then I'd say yes.  But in practice
when you're using the VM you're probably not actively using many other programs
anyway, and a good SMP scheduler should reduce CPU transfers to a minimum
because of the cache hit.  So in practice, I think that while you're using
the VM it should be effectively running on one CPU anyway.  It would only make
a difference on a heavily loaded server, but that's not what FreeMWare was
made for anyway.
