The page fault handler will have to be aware of the TLB
stuff and some other framework to be useful. It will
be nice when things stabilize more...hopefully soon.
I've given quite a bit of thought to the overall
architecture, so we won't have to rewrite constantly,
but there may be some dust kicking up in the near future.
