Of course. But we need to maintain a virtual register
containing those flags that the guest code does see.
It is those flags that I meant by 'virtual flags' ...
They are currently maintained in nexus->guest_eflags
by the monitor code.

Maybe we are talking about different things. Do you mean
the VIF/VIP flags by 'virtual flags'? If so, then of course
don't have to use them; in fact we don't use them right now ...
