Every x86 OS I've seen does that, iirc. However, the question is vague enough to
cover for example AmigaOS, which start with the pointer in the top left corner of the
screen. I don't know how AROS, the x86 clone of AmigaOS does, but I'd guess it starts
in the top left corner, too. I don't remember about MacOS (of which there's supposed
to exist an ancient x86 port:).
