OK, here's the next iteration of a collective paper on x86
virtualization. Some sections still need to be filled in,
and others rehashed.
The intent is not to maintain this to the point where it
explains all the nitty gritty details of our code, but I'd
like to round it out as things progress, so that it provides
a nice window into our project and a great starting point
for new developers who are interested in helping.
I had to sift through quite a bit of email. I'm sure I missed
some good stuff, and what's in here isn't a complete set of
all our ideas. If you do read this, please help out by letting
me know what I omited or screwed up. Or write a new section
for it.
