I think HTML would be a very good choice, because almost everyone can read
it. At my knowlegde, there aren't any LaTeX parsers available for the
Win32 platform. Because there is interrest in a Win32 Port, I think the
best choice is an interchangable format, to share the knowlegde between
all possible platforms on which FreeMWare will run eventually.
