No offense really, just depends on whether you include those that starved or
lived shorter than Westerners would have since the five year plans didn't
include quite as much food as a growing population would want to eat, or the
medical supplies against one or the other epidemic, and other such minor
effects. Killing ain't always in need of a gun.
