start and stop scripts

I use Cisco2509, FreeBSD 4.2,  FreeRadius 0.1.

Can FreeRadius execute Perl-scripts
at start and stop of a session?
Can FreeRadius 0.1 do it or only latest snapshot?

Start-script works fine,
but stop-script doesn't work with the similar config lines  &:(((
