I have currently installed FreeRadius on a
Redhat 7.1 2.4.3-10 Kernel. I am trying to move my Ascend Radius Server
off the Network and am having problems with the current Attributes I use in the
user file.
I have an attribute like this.
username Password = "pass123"
User-Service = Framed-User, Framed-Protocol = MPP, Ascend-Assign-IP-Pool = 1, Ascend-Idle-Limit = 900 When I run this in FreeRadius it said Unknown Attribute
User-Server. So I went through the dictionary file and changed
Service-Type (#6) to User-Service(#6). I did this all to the
dictionary.ascend file in /etc/raddb/. Now the radius server dies after I
start it saything that there is an unknown attribute Service-Type.
What should I do to get this straight? Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
