It certainly does. You could try changing the 'date' to 'string' in
your local dictionary file, restart radius, and see if this

Not quite sure how you could do this easily. In any case, the
Reply-Message isn't seen by the end-user unless dialing with a post-dial
terminal window ( or similar ).
