  Try running it in debugging mode.  The FAQ gives explicit
instructions on how to do this.  The messages output in debugging mode
will tell you what the server is doing, and why.

  Again, the FAQ comes in useful.  Odds are that the server is
listening on one port, and the clients are sending the data to another
port.
