freeRadius 0.2 on RH linux 7.1, cisco radius client.

First post to this list, pls bear with me if I'm asking a stoopid question.
I have the radius server and client running ok, authentication works ok via
the clients.conf file.
I wonder if anyone can help with the following problem:
I need to set up timed access to a resource (a seperate network off the
router running the radius client)
For this I ideally need to set the start and end times for access for a
particular user at a given time - this will change over time (password,
access times etc).
I know I can use settimeout for the length of a session (although I havn't
got that to work yet) but I need to set the start time and the end time for
a session depending on what time a user has booked and how long they have
booked the resource for. Can this be done using the clients.conf file?
