Chris,
Mate tried renaming clients file and restarting radiusd, same
problem.... Am really starting to lose the plot now... :) I think i have
run out of options....

Actually that would be 'clients.conf', rather
than just 'clients'.
'clients' is the old-style config file, which
is supported, but is
not the preferred
style.
