On FreeBSD systems there is no shadow file (there is /etc/master.passwd
which is readable by root only).  I have user=root and group=nobody and
it seems to work fine.

My apologies.  But I checked the doc directory and the FAQ on website
before posting to the list. It would be nice if this can be included in
the FAQ.
