You have four records because the server logs 4 times in the same second.
The Oracle DATE format precision is the second. To have a better precision,
you can use this sql code to have the date with second/100 (sorry but my english is
poor) :
select to_char(sysdate,'YYYYMMDDHHMISS')||substr(to_char(hsecs/100,'99999999D99'),-2)
from dual,v$timer;
