That's not a message from any code in radwho, sounds like somethings
wrong in your C library.

Since you also have the wrong path compiled into the radwho binaries,
I strongly suggest you remove ALL "radwho" and "radiusd" binaries,
all support files etc from your system.

Then compile and install from scratch.
