Total Control accounting causing freeradius threads to hang

I have a Total Control chassis that I just recently moved.  Before I
moved the hardware everything was running fine.  Now whenever I enable
accounting on it, 1-60 minutes later freeradius processes hang and the
maximum threads is reached.

I am baffled why this would be happening from moving equipment.  I have
removed the wtmp and utmp files to start from a clear database of logged
in users without hope.

If you have any ideas that I could possibly look at it would be
appreciated.
