  Then it's probably the fault of the NAS.  If the RADIUS server sends
an Access-Accept, then it's telling the NAS to let the user in.

  In contrast, the NAS accounting logs for the second attempt say:

>         User-Name =3D "unauthenticated"

  That doesn't make much sense to me.

  So that means the NAS thinks the User has requested that the
connection be closed.


  The solution, and your ONLY option is to find out what's wrong with
the NAS.  The RADIUS server sends an Access-Accept to both requests,
with the same attributes.  Therefore there is NOTHING you can do on
the RADIUS server to fix the problem.
