I had the same problem with a MAX6000 - although simultaneous logins were enabled on the radius server (for the user in question), the MAX box can do its own denial of simultaneous logins. In my case the radius server authenticated the request, the user successfully connects, and is then disconnected again after about 1 second. It took me quite a while to find the setting to prevent that, it was oddly named and in a place in the configuration that didnt seem relevant to the problem :-) I suggest you study the manuals for your NAS to find the equivilent setting.
