radius-support as server:
I can tell you from live experience that NT does not really work out with MS
radius solution.
W2K however does to a certain extent. Though compared with
freeradius in features and performance you would possibly not call it
"radius-support" ;-)

radius-support as client:
Never seen on NT and W2K.
