This is what we have did to the radiusd.conf file. With this we only get
addresses form that range, and that is not what we want.

ip-index = 196.12.162.64
range-start = 196.12.162.65
range-stop = 196.12.162.126
netmask = 255.255.255.224
cache-size = 5000
}

we have tried various things but cannot get it to give addresses based on
the nas identifier. what are we doing wrong?
