I've just gone into production with freeradius 0.7.1 and a few Cisco AS5400's. We migrated from the old Livingston radius and Lucent gear. I'm using multiple interfaces on my Cisco AS5400's for redundancy. So both interfaces are reporting accounting information to freeradius. In my radius.log file, I see a whole bunch of errors of the type:
"Error: Accounting: logout: entry for NAS bv-ras port 33 has wrong ID" I'm wondering if the problem here is the fact that I'm using multiple interfaces on my NAS's and whether that might be confusing freeradius' accounting. Any possibility that that is the problem? Or should I be able to use multiple interfaces on my NAS's without problems? If so, any idea what might be causing the accounting errors? I looked it up in the faq's and am told that it signifies non-matching ids on accounting packets but not what might cause such a condition in such large quantities.
