(I know I should RTFM a bit more, but where to start? This is *not* in the
FAQ.)

I have already gotten FreeRADIUS to work normally with rlm_sql_unixodbc
and FreeTDS on SQL Server. I can authenticate using an MD5 Crypt-Password
that is stored in the radcheck table. Now I'd like to have MS-CHAPv2 with
the PoPToP PPTP server.

I don't even know where to start. :(
Is it even possible?
How should I place data in the SQL Server tables?
Can I have both MS-CHAPv2 and "normal" authentication? When I add an
NT-Password row in the radcheck table, with the password generated by
smbencrypt, I get the following error in the log:
rlm_sql: Pairs do not match [username]
rlm_sql: Released sql socket id: 4
      modcall[authorize]: module "sql" returns notfound

Can I I remember seeing something about a radius.so module for pppd
somewhere, but I can't find the link now. Does anyone know?
