Sorry but I don't understand this question, can you rewrite it
the question is nevertheless correct. start the server in the debug mode (./radiusd -s -X), look what happens when you authenticate. the produced output is what we usually refer to as "server debug". i simply want to know what happens and what doesn't. provide the server debug log, grab it and post it here.

Yes, all but if the key is provided dinamically why I must write the wep

read the cisco documentation [1]. since i'm not a cisco designer, i can't answer you questions on why, in cisco's sake, in their configuration you have to do so and so to obtain those and these results.
