I'm using 0.6 and 0.7.1.  One of the 0.6 versions works,
and one doesn't.  The 0.7.1 doesn't.  If it matters, the
version that is working uses Livingston & Cisco, whereas the
ones that don't work use CVX (which has very long port numbers).
But what doesn't make sense is that the values *are* in the
detail records.  Can the long port number be stomping on the
framed-ip-address in the radutmp file?

For all servers, I'm using the raw output of radwho (comma delimited).
