http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg12397.html It tells you how to use radclient to send accounting packets to your radius server for testing purpose. For your question regarding PAM and unix login I don't know because I never did something like that. We only use Freeradius with some Hardware NASes wich have the capability to send accounting packets. Hope this helps.
