Wait, you're right after all, ftp.radius.cistron.nl is a CNAME for ftp.freeradius.org. To recoup: ftp://ftp.cistron.nl/pub/people/miquels/radius/ ftp://ftp.freeradius.org/pub/radius/ ftp://ftp.radius.cistron.nl/pub/radius/ Are all up and reachable from Europe and the USA. If you can't reach one or more of those, take it to your ISP. And let me know, ofcourse, I'm always interested. Especially traceroute output would be interesting.
