More than one Service-Type looks wrong.
Cisco TAC says
callback2 Password = "callback2"
User-Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
cisco-avpair = "lcp:callback-dialstring=20367"
this translates into:
login Auth-type := Local, Password == "pass"
Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Cisco-AVPair = "lcp:callback-dialstring=12345",
Fall-Through = No
I suppose lcp:callback-dialstring does the magic...
