Nope. See the 'acct_unique_id' module. You'll need to do something similar to create an Acct-Session-Id, because you *don't* want to keep track of it on the server. i.e. Generate a fake Acct-Session-Id based on an MD5-hash of the client IP address, user name, and NAS port.
